When can I move in?

With Phase 1 sold and development well underway, you can move in tomorrow! Lots in Phase 2 are selling now. Check with your chosen builder for specific timelines, but you can expect to be in your new home in about 6 months from choosing your lot to turning your key. (Timeline varies with individual builders)

When will the neighbourhood be “done”?

With both residential and commercial properties being developed now, Harbour Landing is “ready to move in” and will continue to grow as new lots are purchased and developed. The entire community will be evolving as new components are completed over the next several years.
